Dampening Systems

 Accel
Crestline. Designed for small offset
presses, the Crestline Continuous Feed Dampener provides instant ink & water
balance, runs without alcohol, and is segregated from the ink train to prevent
moisture from migrating back into the ink fountain. Installation can be done
in just a few hours, without altering the press, and operator training can be
achieved in less than an hour. This system operates from the single
lever control on your press and are gear driven.

II Automatic Dampener. The
Kompac is a completely automatic dampening system... Once installed, the
Kompac delivers a carefully metered, thinner film of dampening solution to the
plate. This film is automatically adjusted and only the ink keys need be
adjusted to maintain denser solids and sharper halftones.

Townsend T-51 Colorhead

Colorhead. All model T-heads listed below utilize a swingaway tree to
remove the colorhead from the press when not in use.
Four models to choose from:
1. Standard Single Lever Swingaway.
Single lever controls the 14 ink/water system on/off and impression.
Bareback dampener is standard equipment.
2. Anniversary Edition (AE). Single
lever controls the 14 ink/water system on/off and impression. Features
"on the fly" plate adjustments for faster setup. Bareback dampener is
standard equipment.
3. NEW! Anniversary Edition (NT).
Single lever control. "On the fly" plate adjustments for faster setup.
Bareback dampener is standard equipment. Ink clean up tray. Ink

4. S-1 Super T. Single lever controls
the 17 ink/water system on/off and impression on/off. "On the Fly"
vertical & horizontal plate adjustments. This colorhead features three
true ink forms and one water form roller. Bareback dampener is standard

Refurbished Printing

Refurbished Itek 975 Printing Press. The Itek 975 is the same
press as the Ryobi 3200. We have totally gone through this press top to
bottom, front to back. The press has a Crestline dampener, Airtech
powderspray, digital total/batch counter, double/jam detector, tall stack of
ink rollers, quick change blanket bars, and a T-51 head can be installed to
give you two color capability.
The motors and pumps have been serviced,
all chains cleaned/serviced or replaced, new ink rollers, new rollers in the
Crestline unit, new hoses, any worn parts replaced, reset timing marks, reset
all pressure adjustments, grease/oil as required, and new paint. We also
have a reconditioned single lever T-51 colorhead that can be added to this
press. It looks, prints, and runs like a new press. Please call if
