2020 In-Line Paper Folder. This folder was designed
specifically for special applications including running in-line with forms cutters and bursting
equipment.
The folder is a variation of the Baum 20 pile-feed folder with the feeder removed. This
folder can be put in-line with a continuous form printing system where the
continuous forms are laser printed and then cut into single sheets and sent
across the register board and into the fold bank where the form is folded to
your particular application.
Common paper sizes of 8.5"x11", 8.5"x14", 11"x17", and custom paper sizes can
be folded into a letter style fold, Z fold, and half or single fold. A
right angle can also be attached to this machine for 90 degree folds or in
tandem for more folding capabilities.
The exit shafts of the 2020 In-line allow the operator to also setup a slit,
score, or perf to complete the printed form. This folder is common for mailing applications and is adaptable
to fan-folded forms, roll-feeding lines with cutters, etc.
The 2020 In-Line paper folder features adjustable slitter shafts, sealed ball
bearings, combination steel/polyurethane fold rollers, helical gear drive, and
