To operate, set the starting number on the 6 digit reverse style number head using the stylus.  Place paper in the feeder, press the set button and paper comes to the starting position above the photocell.  Press the advance button to inch the sheet through to the point where a number needs to be placed.  Press the #1 or #2 numbering head button to place a number on the paper, use the advance button to move the sheet to the next number position and repeat.  Once you have the correct number of strikes on the sheet, press the accept button and save the job in one of the 100 available memory channels.  Press the start button now and the machine automatically feeds the paper through, numbering the paper as required and stacking the paper in the receiving tray.  You may also perforate or score while you are numbering by aligning the perf/score assembly and turning the adjusting knob to obtain the proper perf/score.

For perfect bound book covers, consider the Rosback TrueScore 2x2.  These versatile heads create a wide range of spine and hinge covers.  Available on all Rosback True-Line and 240 Series Perforators.
HOW THE TrueScore WORKS

The upper head has a series of male rings holders. Color coded male rings are placed into the appropriate ring holder for a particular weight of stock. The lower head has various female groove widths. When the heads engage, the upper rubber ring gently stretches the fibers into the female ring, providing a deep, perfect crease and crack free fold every time.

Using standard TrueScore Heads, the minimum line-line spacing on a single shaft is 1-inch.  If less than 1-inch is required, contact Rosback with your application description and Rosback will provide a solution.
