(Used) Duplo DC-4800 Friction Feed Collator with Stitcher and Stacker.  This system came from an Inplant printshop that was collating and side stapling quarterly reports.  It includes two-12 bin friction feed towers, stitcher, and stacker.  It can be used to collate and straight or offset stack paper or collate and side stitch and stack paper.  It does not have a folder or trimmer so it cannot make booklets.  All pieces do work properly but it is no longer supported by Duplo so no parts are available.  Operates on standard 120 volt power.

(Used) Duplo DFC-12 Friction Feed Collator with DBM-120 Bookletmaker & DBM120T trimmer.  The collating tower has 12 paper bins with double/jam/misfeed/empty paper detection and a 3" straight/offset paper stacker.  Handles paper up from 5.83"x8.27" up to 12.6"x17.72" at speeds up to 3,900 sets per hour in straight stack mode.

The DBM-120 Bookletmaker will staple and fold, corner/side staple, or fold only. 
The DBM-120 accepts 7.87"x7.87" up to 12.60"x17.72" for bookletmaking, 8.5"x11" for corner stapling, and 5.47"x7.87 up to 9.09"x12.60" for side stapling.  Speeds up to 2,400 sets per hour based on 10 sheets of 8.5"x11" paper.  Manual feed tray accepts up to 25 sheets of 20lb bond.  10 pre-set and 3 custom paper sizes in memory.

New Listing!  Challenge EH-3A, 3 Head Paper Drill.  This three hole paper drill has been cleaned and serviced.  It features adjustable side stops on the paper backgauge allowing you to drill multiple holes through a 2" stack of paper, booklets, calendars, or card stock.  There are 13 different drill bit sizes available from 1/8" to 1/2".   Great for 3-hole drilling applications.  Each drill head is independently adjustable up/down.

To operate, press the green start button which turns on the main drill head motor and the hydraulic pump.  Place paper stock against backgauge, step on the foot pedal and the hydraulic pump pulls the drill heads down through the paper stock.  The speed at which the drill heads move is adjustable for different stocks and drill bit sizes used.  Operates on 220 volt, single phase power.  Includes a parts and operation manual.

Baum/Nygren Dahly paper drill.  This 1996 model ND-5A-S-3 paper drill has three drill heads and is capable of running up to 5.  Drill capacity height is 2".  Maximum distance between drill heads is 10".  Minimum distance between drill heads is 1.56"  Maximum depth from backgauge to drill hole is 5.83".  Table working area is 26"W x 22.06"D.  This heavy duty paper drill has gear driven drill heads.  The drill heads are controlled by the foot pedal to bring them down under hydraulic pressure and return under spring tension.
