Here is information on the Duplo
CC-228 business card slitter and the 445, 615, and 645 Automatic
setting slitter/cutter/crease models for your digitally printed jobs.
These machines are easy to use and loaded with a variety of features. The
Duplo models are programmable and compensate for image shift when a registration
mark is printed on the sheet. Eliminate cracking on digitally printed
stocks that need to be folded.

Duplo DocuCutter CC-228 Card Cutter. The CC-228 is ideal for
processing color letter/legal size documents printed from digital
copiers/printers, such as business cards, postcards, greeting cards, and
photos. With its small footprint and interchangeable
slit/score/perforation cassettes, users will find the CC-228 extremely useful
and simple to operate. The CC-228 automatically cuts and slits documents
and stacks them in sequential order at speeds of up to 130(business cards) per

Duplo DC-445 Creaser. Solve your cracking problem with the
new Duplo DC-445 creaser. The airfeed table holds up to 3.9" of stock
ranging in size from 5.5" x 5.9" up to 12.6" x 25.6". Stock weights of
110-350 gsm (80lb. text up to 130lb cover); and 16pt. paper are creased at
speeds up to 50 sheets per minute. Use this machine for creasing book
covers, brochures, table tents, perfect bound books, advertising materials,
and other jobs.
To operate, simply load your stock in the feeder, select the job using the
large user-friendly LCD control panel, and press the start key.
Dependable performance allows you to walk away from this machine and take care
of your customers. Should a problem occur, the machine stops and
displays an error code that can be quickly corrected by the operator and
the job can be completed.
The DC-445 creaser has optional features including the slitting module with

If you need to be able to cut business cards, 2-up christmas cards, birthday
cards, invitations and more consider the DC-615. This machine is a smaller version of the popular DC-645. Developed for
print shops with digital printing equipment, camera stores, and offices that
print documents requiring any combination of slitting, cutting, and creasing. At
speed of up to 11 sheets per minute, it can slit, cut, and crease a variety of
full-bleed applications in a single pass. Trim the white borders of
documents, photos, and/or crease full color digital documents.
The DC-615 is
loaded with features that make it simple and economical to produce a variety
of common applications including business cards, greeting cards, invitations,
brochures, catalogs, posters, book covers, photographs, and more. Store
up to 80 jobs in the memory. To operate the DC-615 load the the product
to be produced into the high capacity air feeder. Select the correct job
from the memory and push the enter button. The machine automatically

slitter easily converts 8 1/2" x 11" sheets to finished 2" x 3 1/2" business
cards with a simple two pass operation. The two bin BCS210 model
cuts 8 1/2" x 11" sheets into two strips of 3 1/2" x 11" on the first pass and
finishes the job by taking the 5 up sheets and cutting them down to 2" x 3
1/2" cards and neatly stacking the cards in a tray.
The two bin BCS212 model cuts 8 1/2" x 11" sheets
into two strips of 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" on the first pass and finishes the job by
